Doctors Nova Scotia (DNS) is the professional association representing all physicians in the province. The association has approximately 5,500 members, including practising physicians, retired physicians, medical students and residents. Reporting to the Membership & Benefits Manager, the Database Administrator is responsible for the administration, customization, and optimization of the organization’s NetSuite environment and related systems. Program Manager, Physician Agreement & Fee Schedule

Reporting to the Director, Physician Compensation and Negotiations, the Program Manager, Physician Agreement & Fee Schedule provides strategic and operational leadership for the implementation and oversight of the Physician Agreement and fee schedule system. This is a central role in contract negotiation support and execution, requiring collaboration with provincial health partners to resolve issues and develop solutions. You will also provide vital leadership within the Physician Compensation function, supervising staff and overseeing consultant support.
