In order to provide members in crisis with faster, more efficient access to care, Doctors Nova Scotia’s Professional Support Program (PSP) has engaged the intake services of the employment assistance program Telus Health. Telus Health employees are professional and empathetic, and able to effectively triage calls – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

Members who call Telus Health in crisis will receive help immediately; others will be referred to the appropriate PSP counsellor and will receive a call back within 48 hours.
