Upon completion, participants will have foundational knowledge in applying a grief informed approach to care, including the developing ability to:
- Normalize and de-pathologize grief, including anticipatory grief through grief literacy development
- Identify myths and platitudes about grief and offer meaningful alternatives for grievers
- Access valuable resources for healthcare teams, patients and families
