Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a collaborative, person-centered form of guiding, to elicit and strengthen motivation to change. This two-day workshop will help professionals to understand the fundamentals of MI as a method to guide people to choose and sustain healthy behavioral changes.
This one credit-per-hour Group Learning program has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Nova Scotia Chapter for up to 9.5 Mainpro+ credits.
