Kids' Run Club celebrates 10 years in Cape Breton

Doctors Nova Scotia is hosting an event at Sydney River Elementary School on Tuesday, June 3 to celebrate the school's participation in Kids' Run Club.  2014 marks the 10th year of Kids' Run Club and Sydney River Elementary has been involved in the program since the beginning.  

More than half the student population has attended the Doctors Nova Scotia Youth Run at the Cape Breton Fiddlers Run in past years.  

When:  June 3, 2014: 10:45-11:30 a.m.

Where:  Sydney River Elementary School: 35 Phillips Street, Sydney River

Bernadette MacLellan, the Cape Breton Kids’ Run Club representative, will award the school with a special banner signifying their long-term commitment to helping promote active, healthy lives. Participating students will be presented with Kids’ Run Club bottles in recognition of their participation in the program this year.
