By attending, you will gain practical tips and clinical pearls from healthcare leaders and individuals with lived experience, helping you better address the unique health challenges this population faces. The discussions will focus on implementing effective, patient-centered approaches that can be immediately applied in clinical settings.

Additionally, participants will earn MOC/CME credits for their professional development.
