
5-Minute CBT: 5 week online course - Behaviour Activation to Improve Outcomes

By participating in the course, you will be able to apply 3 key steps for effective health behaviour change with a range of patients using SMART goals and 5-min CBT tools developed by the Fountain of Health; you will become familiar with indications for CBT, enhanced CBT, and readiness assessments and understand how to apply behaviour change across of patient types, health conditions and stages of patient readiness. We will encourage and support you to apply the FoH approach to managing your own stress and well-being.
In this final session - the Booster session, we will review the Thrive three step approach to behaviour change learned in the course; identify barriers and solutions to application in practice; and discuss the steps for continuing progress.
