Surveys

Doctors Nova Scotia is governed by its Board of Directors, a group of physicians which provides the association with its overall strategic direction. One way the association measures its success on delivering the strategic plan is through surveying its membership.

The Member Satisfaction Survey is deployed every two years to all members of Doctors Nova Scotia. Through this survey, members tell the association how satisfied they are with its work, the benefits and services it provides, and their level of engagement and the association’s effectiveness of on a number of key factors.

Doctors Nova Scotia also surveys its members to seek input into the development of positions on various health policy topics, such as physician burnout and the latest federal tax changes on private corporations.
