Stronger Together: Building the Future of Mental Health and Addictions Program

Nova Scotia Health's Mental Health and Addictions Program (MHAP) invites primary health care physicians and nurse practitioners tojoin an informative session on the new Tranquility iCBT program.
Tranquility, an internet-based cognitive-behavioural therapy (iCBT)anxiety and depression program, expands upon and complements the existing suite of online supports (such as Mindwell-U, TherapyAssistance Online (TAO), and Togetherall) made available through MHAP.

The Tranquility program will provide opportunity for those adults (18 years of age or older) needing support for mild-moderate symptoms and/or functional impairment related to anxiety and depression to receive care without needing to meet in person. Tranquility is available in English and French.

Information shared in this session will include a demo of the Tranquility platform, what clients should expect, how to refer clients to the program, and identifying when Tranquility may be appropriate.
