The North End Community Health Centre provides equitable care and access to services and programs. We continue to develop and evolve with new programs and services to support our diverse community.

We offer flexible shifts and hours and a collaborative supportive environment. Working together, our team responds to the factors that impact the health and well-being of our clients. Community Health Centre excel at addressing and advocating for the social determinants of health and have a large impact in overall health care systems.
